Football

Major League Football Academy are on hand to deliver football FUNdamentals this spring. Their specially designed programme provides a positive introduction to the sport for boy and girls, in a structured and enjoyable environment. With a focus on physical literacy, ball skills and the basics of movement and play, your child will learn valuable social skills, coordination, teamwork, confidence, and above all they will have loads of fun!

Kindermusik

In partnership with The Little Gym, Kindermusik is a music-based education for children from birth through age seven. It uses the power and joy of music-making to help children learn and grow during the years most critical to brain development.

Kindermusik is designed to connect with every child’s unique learning style. Instructors lead children through playful, interactive, and developmentally appropriate music and movement activities. The study, practice, and discipline of making music gives the brain and body a complete workout. Activities are designed to encourage multi-sensory learning, which employs and integrates several senses at once, stimulating multiple areas of the brain. Children experience music of varying styles, genres, and cultures. They interact with other peers and engage in movement, rhythm, and vocal activities that develop far more than just music skills.

Fun, structured play sessions by Rugbytots will be on offer that will take your child on a journey of sporting imagination with their engaging and energetic coaches supporting them every step of the way. They’ll learn to catch, pass, kick, run with the ball and play as part of a team. 

Classes are fast-paced, fun, and your child will be encouraged to work both independently, as well as enjoying team games. Rugby specific skills are gently introduced, and all the equipment used has been specifically designed and selected for young children. 

Be prepared to run across the jungle, wade through the quicksand or sprint through Rugbytots Valley. Get ready to protect your egg, launch a missile or attack the pirates and seize the ship, all this of course, whilst trying to avoid the evil side lines!

Basketball

Top Flight Basketball was founded by former NBA Basketball player – Ike Nwankwo. Their Spring Camp programme provides a fun yet challenging environment, where children grow in confidence, gain self-esteem, and begin to develop important motor skills. Their specially designed games and exercises will keep children engaged and enthralled, all while learning a new sport.

A team of professional coaches will lead the activities, focusing on coordination, agility, and motor skills, with programmes tailored to each student’s age, ability, and skill level. Lessons will be administered in a safe, challenging, and fun environment, which will keep your child entertained and help improve their overall athleticism.

Performing Arts

We’re welcoming Faust International Youth Theatre this winter, who will be offering performing arts classes to our young campers. Following a Spring theme, each workshop will take children on a journey through their imagination. Using an array of stories and drama activities, children will explore their own creativity, as well as develop their confidence and an interest in all things dramatic. With a combination of interactive storytime, games and songs, children will explore a different topic and social development milestone, in addition to developing their drama skills.

Gymnastics

The Little Gym will be providing an introduction into the world of gymnastics. They believe that children should be able to act like children, in fun environments that are especially conducive to the kind of learning that prepares them for life’s adventures. Through unique activities that revolve around active play, they complement and enhance the traditional school experience - even before kids are school age! Unlike any other programme of its kind, The Little Gym offers professionally developed, non-competitive programmes that promote coordination, balance, rhythm and flexibility, as well as enhancing listening, emotional, social and intellectual skills – all in a fun, safe and nurturing environment.

Little Mover

Little Movers is a one of a kind dance program created for young children to focus on the development of social and emotional skills while building strong, capable bodies.

Little Movers dance classes focus on the building blocks of all movement rather than just one specific style of dance. We believe in arming students with a control and understanding of the body so that they can tackle any kind of movement to music!

We stretch, we develop skills and techniques to build coordination, we use fun props, we introduce dance choreography ranging from jazz to hip hop to pop to Latin and ballroom and we play the best games to boot, everyone loves a bubble party!
