WINTER CAMP: BRINGING JOY TO THE WORLD

The Woodland Winter Wonderland is a multi-activity camp where each day will stimulate a child’s natural sense of wonder. It is an opportunity to try something new or to engage in a favourite activity. Children will have the chance to take part in a fantastic array of activities led by our Woodland Camp Leaders, so come along and meet new friends, reconnect with old friends and get ready to have lots of fun!

In the event that Camp Woodland has to cancel a programme due to government requirements relating to Covid-19, a full refund will be made to those who have paid for that respective camp.

Consent and Acceptance

1. I certify that the information provided above is true and correct.

2. I have disclosed all information regarding my child’s need. I understand Woodland Playgroup Limited reserves the right to review my child’s registration and continued enrollment in the programme if it becomes evident there are special or additional needs that cannot be supported.

3. I give permission for members of Woodland staff to seek emergency medical services in the event that my child gets injured or falls ill whilst participating in the programme. I agree to pay all medical and other expenses incurred in the treatment of my child.

4. I acknowledge that while all reasonable precautions will be taken by the school, Woodland cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury to my child or my child's property that may arise during this programme.

5. I give permission for any photos/videos taken at Camp to be used by Woodland for promotional purposes.

6. Camp fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Make-up classes are not available. Refunds will not be given in respect of no shows, cancellation of classes or school closure due to inclement weather or Government guidelines (except for guidelines relating to Covid-19).
