At Woodland Montessori Pre-School this week, the Pre-School classes explored friendship. One project included painting in pairs. Each child chose a partner, painted a hand using a primary colour, and mixed them before stamping to see what colour they created. Not only did children work collaboratively, but they also developed communication skills and explored the concept of change and secondary colours.
